Lasana Kanneh suffered much in his native homeland of Liberia, West Africa. He was born blind and ostracized by his community for this disability. Rejected by his Muslim father, he was eventually abandoned at the school for the blind and eventually taken in by a Christian pastor who showed him the love his family could not. He escaped war, persecution, poverty, abuse and personal failure to bring you these beautiful songs of faith, hope, and restoration. Don’t miss this special day at Clackamas UCC!
