Welcome to another Mindfulness Monday! I’m Amira! Happy 2021πŸŽΆπŸŽŠπŸŽ‰πŸŽ In today’s M &M Moment, I talk about RELATIONSHIPS/FRIENDSHIPS. sometimes, it is difficult to decipher when to communicate or when to walk away, or, do things differently; to feel as though we have what WE need to feel heard. I share 5 tips that I Use in my own life to navigate this. Here they are…. 1. self love: often times we don’t recognize the ways in which we carry around our suffering and how it affects those around us. getting to the root of our own suffering is key for SELF LOVE. 2. Write down what you think you need: Making a list, allows us to process with a purpose. 3. Go through your list of needs: In order to grow, it’s inevitable that we will have to look COMPASSIONATELY yet REALISTICALLY at OURSELVES to see what role we play in our lives & relationships. 4. Ask for what you need: The only way folks will know what YOU need, is if YOU know what you need. once you know, speak up. (SELF LOVE) and last, but definitely NOT least…. 5. HOLD THE BOUNDARY/S: As a self proclaimed BOUNDARY QUEEN I can honestly say, it’s STILL hard for me to hold boundaries, but I do it anyways..(SELF LOVE, you see the theme here?) have an AMAZING WEEK! I see you! I love you!
