Mindfulness Monday: 🌈”Just Be” Meditation🌈 We spend 95% of our day on Autopilot! Which means most of us are not even aware how we are moving through the world energetically moment by moment. Today’s Mindfulness Moment, I share a 5 minute silent meditation. Things I like to note during meditation… 1. Palms up for receiving energy, palms down down grounding. 2. Be intentional about your BREATH. 3. When your thoughts take over, GENTLY & KINDLY go back to YOUR focal point of choice. 4. If there is any discomfort in your body, mind or spirit; sit with it, without trying to change it and without speaking negativity about it. 📢BE WITH YOUR DISCOMFORT AS IF IT WERE YOUR DEAREST FRIEND 📢 Take time to “Just Be”.
