CUCC’s NAMI Walk Team!
The Justice and Witness Committee at CUCC joined together with other friends to create the 12-member Holy Outcasts Team to participate in this year’s NAMI Virtual Portland Walk. Our team joined virtually with thousands of others across the country to take part in this annual walk to raise funds and awareness for our local National Alliance of Mental Illness Clackamas chapter. We exceeded our original $1,000 goal and raised $ 2,545! All funds raised directly support the mission of NAMI to provide support, education, and advocacy to individuals and families right here in our community. Together, we are moving closer to a world where all people affected by mental illness live healthy, fulfilling lives supported by a community that cares. Mental Health for All!
